There are some very good 2008 rieslings on the market but you won't do better than this crisp, refreshing wine from high-altitude, cool-climate vineyards. Nicely structured with oodles of flavour, citrusy mineralityand lovely finishing acid. $20.
Hello. Our riesling vines are a little further north (on the same ridge as the Heggies vineyard) and this particular part of the Barossa Ranges certainly does produce wines of exceptional quality but I do very much enjoy Clare rizzas as well. It's a shame that riesling is still not appreciated by most people as it truly is the King of White Wines (in my eyes anyway:)
